Dr. Daniel Kubiak (BIM) hat mit seinem Kollegen Mert Mert Pekşen vom IMIS, Osnabrück, einen Beitrag für den „Germany Brief“ der İSTANBUL BİLGİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ geschrieben. Darin untersuchen die beiden, wie es um die Nachhaltigkeit der Demonstrationen für Demokratie und gegen Rechts anfangs des Jahres steht und interessieren sich dabei besonders für die Rolle der Erinnerungskultur und die spezifische Situation in Ostdeutschland.
Dr. Daniel Kubiak (BIM) and his colleague Mert Mert Pekşen from IMIS, Osnabrück, have written an article for the "Germany Brief" of İSTANBUL BİLGİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ. In it, the two examine the sustainability of the demonstrations for democracy and against the right at the beginning of the year and are particularly interested in the role of the culture of remembrance and the specific situation in East Germany.
